Job summary

Milwaukee Repertory Theater is seeking part-time servers who are responsible, efficient, and team-oriented. You will take and deliver orders, provide high-quality service, and be the main guest contact to assure a positive dining experience.

Role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness, upsell menu items, and collaborate with staff across departments. Immediate hiring and weekend/evening availability preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of casual, upscale or comparable experience in serving.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive, articulate, outgoing and welcoming personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver orders; provide high-quality service to guests.
• Be the main contact for guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and present menus; upsell menu items when appropriate.
• Support team and uphold restaurant standards during dinner service.
• Work under pressure while remaining polite and welcoming.
