What You'll Do

• Assist servers and bartenders and run food to tables
• Clear and reset tables after guests leave
• Transport tableware to dish-room and organize for washing
• Clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors as required
• Reset and arrange tabletops
• Obtain service area assignment at the start of each shift
• Greet guests as they are seated, bring bread, butter, and water
• Respond to guest requests appropriately
• Communicate guest requests to servers and staff
• Coordinate with servers and hosts for efficient seating and service
• Prepare service inventory, including cutting butter, filling ramekins, and cleaning
• Clean spills promptly with minimal guest disturbance
• Assist with food delivery, removing used tableware, and setting up for next courses, especially during peak times
• Thank guests as they leave
• Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation, as directed by management

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand workplace language(s)
• Great personality, desire to serve guests, and team spirit
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 25 pounds
• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per TGA standards
• Follow safety procedures closely
• Availability to work holidays and weekends
