Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Quick learner with the ability to memorize detailed menus.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately, even during peak hours.
• Learn and retain the full menu — including ingredients and allergens — to support excellent guest service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with company hygiene standards.
• Communicate efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Ensure all food items meet Buona Forchetta’s quality and presentation standards.
