Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is seeking a friendly food outlet host with cash handling and guest service experience. You will perform counter service, assist with order taking, and deliver items while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include seating guests, balancing the cash register, answering phones, and staying current with F&B offerings. The role requires standing long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and the ability to work in a busy casino environment in Rancho

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior cash handling and dining host experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Riverside County Health Dept card within one week.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work in a smoke-filled casino environment.

Responsibilities

Job Description SummaryPerforms food outlet counter service, cashier and host duties as required. Also will be subjected to a smoke filled environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
