Job summary

Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove is seeking a Food Runner to support the wait staff and set up dining areas, delivering orders quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent guest service.

You will assist with serving water, coffee, and tea, ensure menu knowledge, and help keep the dining room orderly. Ideal candidates have at least one year of food service experience, strong communication, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience Required: Minimum one year serving experience required.
• Licenses or Certificates: Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.
• Grooming: All Employees must maintain a neat, clean and well‑groomed appearance per Mr. C standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in running the food from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Ensure quality and presentation of meals prior to delivery to the table.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the dining room.
• Attend training sessions and follow company rules and procedures.
