Job summary

Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a friendly Busser to support our wait staff and keep dining areas welcoming in South Florida. You will assist with service setup, deliver water, clear tables, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of serving experience, are able to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings, and understand hygiene and food safety rules. A High school diploma is preferred; hospitality knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year serving experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Understand hygiene and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers.
• Place tableware and condiments on tables.
• Serve water and welcome snacks, like breadsticks.
• Refill beverages and take orders.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
• Provide special silverware sets to families with young children.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas.
