Responsibilities

Food Runners may be utilized at Hard Rock Café during high business volume. In addition to delivering guests’ orders, they will assist servers in responding to the requests of our guests. The main responsibility of this position is to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.

Basic Functions Of a Food Runner

• Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver condiments and drinks as needed (to include alcoholic beverages).

• Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafés during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.

• Manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
