Job summary

Guy Fieri's Dive & Taco Joint is seeking a Food Runner to bring energy and a positive demeanor to the dining floor. You will assist service staff, ensure timely guest service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment in a lively roadhouse setting.

The role requires fluent English, with prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred. You will manage table resets, station restocking, and clear communication with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the venue, the brand and the Company.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized often to answer guest’s questions regarding the menu.
• Basic mathematical skills are used frequently.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

• Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of the proper steps of service.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.

• Clear and clean tables in a timely manner.
• Reset tables according to specifications of location.
• Perform more than one task at a time.

• Communicate with guest clearly, patiently, courteously and with good humor.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety.

Within the Dive, Guy has added his Taco Joint, featuring his signature tacos and Mexican classics, as well as a flavorful full bar menu with margaritas and a shot menu for the brave-at-heart.

The Food Runner position requires the ability to perform the following:

• Strong ability to provide attention to detail.
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Handling objects (including food and utensils), products, and bussing tubs/trays.
• Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Must be able to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently.
