Job summary

Burning Tree Country Club Inc. in Greenwich, CT, seeks energetic Food Runners to support summer Food & Beverage operations. You will deliver food quickly and accurately, work with servers and kitchen staff, and help maintain service flow in a fast-paced poolside environment.

Must be 18+ and available weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation is hourly; benefits include meals, golf privileges, 401(k), and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of food service operations.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to Members and guests.
Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and match order tickets.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow.
Assist in organizing and expediting food orders during peak service periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas.
Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, and resetting as needed.
Monitor service areas to ensure Members’ needs are supported.
Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
