You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, guide guests through the menu, and help maintain a clean, efficient setup. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all guests.
• Perform table touches after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Serve as a menu guide, offering suggestions and answering questions.
• Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Deliver dine-in orders promptly from kitchen to guest locations.
• Assist with other duties as needed in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Support MadTree Impact volunteering activities and team engagement.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
