Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale is seeking friendly, energetic team members to provide exceptional guest service. You will learn items on the Food & Beverage menus, answer questions, and accurately enter orders into the POS system while maintaining a fast-paced service flow.

Responsibilities include delivering orders to guests, handling payments, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Candidates must be able to stand all shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet Florida-required

Qualificações

• Must be able to stand 100% of shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs when delivering and clearing tables.
• Must be 21+ to enroll in 401K and to work at the restaurant.
• Completion of Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification as required by state statutes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Assist teammates with maintaining table appearance and running food/drink as needed.
• Know menus, promotions, and handle guest questions clearly.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Deliver orders to guests after kitchen or bar preparation.
• Process payments and provide correct change via POS.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and side work.
• Verify and pack ToGo orders with guests.
