Job summary

Flanigan's is seeking a server-friendly candidate with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will manage seating, take orders, handle payments, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting. Florida certification requirements should be completed as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 100% of shift
• Able to read and write English proficiently
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and deliver plates/tables
• Must complete Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification
• Flexible hours and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training
• Assist coworkers with table maintenance and running food/drink
• Know menu items and promotions and answer guest questions clearly
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Retrieve and deliver food or drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Process payments accurately and give correct change
• Handle shift changes and opening/closing duties
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
• Greet guests at curbside pickup area
