Main Event Entertainment is hiring a Food Runner in Knoxville to support Servers, greet Guests, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. You will help with refills, pre-bussing, and table turns while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, urgency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, and weekends. We offer a vibrant culture and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!).
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
