Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Food Runner in Orlando to assist servers, greet Guests, take drink orders, and deliver food promptly while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will help with refills, pre-bussing, and turning tables to maintain smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a guest-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow and be part of a fun team.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
