Responsibilities

• Assist in the expediting of all food items from the kitchen line to the guest tables in an expedient and professional manner.
• Prepare all service carts and trays for transport.
• Identify all menu items by sight and know their descriptions, and recognize table numbers and seating positions.
• Maintain F&B areas in accordance with company standards and regulations; stay up to date on events and hours of operation.
• Provide excellent guest service and support to servers; may work at casino or hotel F&B stations.
