Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Food Runner to support timely, accurate delivery of menu items from the kitchen to guests, ensuring smooth service and clear communication between front- and back-of-house teams.

Works in a fast-paced dining environment, delivering meals, maintaining presentation standards, and assisting servers as needed. A strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and guest-focused service is essential.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and navigate crowded spaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, organized manner.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and proper presentation before delivery.
• Communicate course timing, modifications, and special requests to servers.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables between courses or after guests leave.
• Support servers by restocking plates, silverware, and service items.
• Maintain cleanliness of expo lines, food stations, and service areas.
• Assist with running beverages as needed.
• Answer basic guest questions or direct them to servers.
