Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated, owner of Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Northern Kentucky, seeks a dishwasher to support the F&B Outlet. Responsibilities include keeping a clean kitchen, washing and sorting dishware, and assisting with daily dish duties to ensure smooth service.

The role requires ability to obtain a KHRC License, availability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and being at least 21 years old. Work location is on-site in a lively racing and gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen and properly washes and sorts dishes.
• Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines as required by business levels and uses chemical dilutions.
• Assists in timely storage of food deliveries.
• Maintains trash cans and removes full trashcans at shift end.
• Follows posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Performs other duties as requested by the chef.
