Food Runner – Rock Ridge Country Club

Rock Ridge Country Club is a private, members-only club offering an exceptional dining experience in a welcoming, community-focused environment. We are currently seeking Food Runners to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands‑on restaurant and banquet experience in a professional, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to members and guests.

Ensure plates are presented properly and match tickets before leaving the kitchen.

Communicate clearly with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to maintain smooth service flow.

Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas and banquet events.

Refill water, clear plates, and assist servers as needed during service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.

Support buffet and plated banquet execution as directed by management.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequent climbing of stairs, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, stretching, and twisting/reaching.

Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 pounds.

Continuous repetitive motions required throughout shifts.

Work may take place in hot, humid, and occasionally noisy environments.
