Qualifications

• ServSafe and Allergens certification required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects as described in the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately.
• Ensure plates are well plated, garnished, and inform chefs of issues.
• Relay food orders to chefs, noting allergies and priorities.
• Explain dishes to guests during delivery.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates.
• Be knowledgeable about menu to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a calm, friendly attitude at all times.
• Physical ability to exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly.
