Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Margaritaville Lake Resort is seeking a motivated Food Runner/Expo to support front-of-house operations. You will act as the liaison between front and back of house, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time, while upholding brand standards.

This full-time role offers $15.00 per hour, requires you to be on your feet for long shifts, and emphasizes team collaboration, attention to detail, and excellent guest service.

• Proficient in English for guest communication.
• Ability to report information accurately.
• Ability to follow Driftwood and hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen to expedite orders and maintain brand standards.
• Be liaison between Front of House and Back of House.
• Stock expo station with appropriate supplies.
• Deliver food to guests and inform them of the dish, serve from the left when possible.
• Assist servers with clearing tables when possible.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and condiments for service.
• Assist with providing excellent service (cutlery, condiments).
• Stay on expo line when not busy and keep area clean.
