Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Food Runner/ Expo at Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, MO. You will serve as the essential link between front and back of house, ensuring orders are accurate, dishes meet brand standards, and guests receive timely service.

Knowledge of the menu, strong English communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are required. The role includes full-time hours with benefits as part of Margaritaville Lake Resort’s team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of English to communicate with guests, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to accurately report information and follow policies.
• Professional conduct and presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen to expedite orders and maintain brand standards.
• Serve as liaison between Front of House and Back of House.
• Stock expo station with supplies (silverware, condiments, etc.).
• Deliver food to guests, greet and inform about dishes.
• Ensure correct seat numbers and item descriptions for guests.
• Assist servers by clearing tables when possible.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and accompanying condiments/cutlery.
• Assist staff in providing excellent service and maintain expo line.
