Job summary

North Oaks Golf Club Inc is seeking friendly dining staff to ensure fast, accurate delivery of meals and to maintain detailed menu knowledge. You will coordinate between kitchen and service, respect dietary needs, and keep track of seating arrangements to deliver a polished guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, presentable appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexible weeknight and weekend shifts across the Minnesota club.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Consistent weeknight and weekend availability.
• Presentable and professional appearance with members.
• Strong communication with members and team.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between kitchen and service staff.
• Ensures food is delivered quickly and accurately to members.
• Maintains knowledge of menu, ingredients, prep styles, portions, plating.
• Ensures orders follow members' preferences and dietary needs.
• Communicate needs of members to service staff or management.
• Memorize dining room sections, tables, and seat numbers.
