JOB PURPOSE : Food Runners / Expo are responsible for running food to guests at their tables, packing takeout orders, and keeping the Expo Station and Takeout Packing Stations clean and organized according to Din Tai Fung’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD RUNNER / EXPO : We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Experience preferred but not required

Note :

• The starting pay rate for all Front of House employees at Din Tai Fung (Americana at Brand) is the local minimum + Tips.

All "Restaurant Service Positions" candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, and Food Runner / Expo support positions. All "Front of House Support Staff" will be promoted based on performance.
