LOCATION: 3333 Bristol Street Space 2071 (Upper Level), Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (South Coast Plaza)

PAY RATE FOR BUSSER: $16.50/hour + Estimated tips ($40.00 - $84.00/shift)

JOB PURPOSE:

Bussers are responsible for bussing tables in a timely and professional manner by removing all dirty dishes, utensils, and trash from the table and wiping and cleaning the table, chairs, and floor areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSSER:

**The starting pay rate for all Front of House employees at Din Tai Fung (South Coast Plaza) is the local minimum + Tips.

All "Restaurant Service Positions" candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, and Food Runner/Expo support positions. All "Front of House Support Staff" will be promoted based on performance.
