Job summary

Remington Hospitality seeks a dedicated team member for restaurant support duties. You will set up and restock service stations, assist servers with pre-bussing, and ensure clean, organized dining areas throughout shifts.

You will also promptly clear used tables, move dirty stock to the dish area, and coordinate linen handling with housekeeping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift.
• Assist in pre-bussing tables and delivering food orders.
• Promptly clear and reset used tables, remove dirty stock to the dish area and breakdown trays.
• Take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering.
• Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
