Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Key West, FL is seeking a reliable hospitality teammate to support service operations on the floor and in the restaurant. You will help maintain cleanliness and guest-ready areas throughout shifts.

Duties include promptly clearing and resetting tables, removing dirty stock to the dish area, stocking service stations, setting up the lobby coffee-to-go station, assisting servers with pre-bussing, and helping guests arriving and departing from the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset used tables.
• Remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays.
• Take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering.
• Stock and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift.
• Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby, and keep it replenished, as needed.
• Keep area picked up and clear.
• Promptly assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as assigned, especially related to assisting guests arriving and departing from the hotel.
