Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• ServSafe Certification (Food Handler & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests and keep BOH areas clean, organized and stocked.
• Set outside line with liners, plates, napkins, and items needed to deliver food.
• Organize plates and tickets, and deliver orders quickly and accurately to tables.
• Set tables and ensure standards are followed for each dining area.
• Answer guest questions about ingredients and menu items; relay feedback to staff.
