Job summary

Westerfield Club in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a part-time Porter/Dishwasher to join a Troon-managed hospitality team. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support quick service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sanitation, stocking, waste disposal, and daily cleaning across storage areas, walk-ins, and equipment. Regular attendance is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
