Toscana Forno Reading is seeking a reliable Expo/Food Runner/Busser to join their team. The role offers full flexibility with day and night shifts, and provides opportunities to learn the restaurant business while growing with a rapidly expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have some restaurant experience or be eager to train, stay calm under pressure, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and safely to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food Expeditor or similar role is a plus.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure take out station is fully stocked before and after each shift.
• Package take-out orders and ensure all orders are completed.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items.

Toscana Forno located in Reading, is seeking a reliable, professional, and team-focused individual to join our team as an Expo/Food Runner/Busser.

We prefer experience but will gladly train the right candidate who is looking to join a rapidly growing team. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure take out station is fully stocked before and after each shift
• Package take-out orders and ensure all orders are completed
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff

Pay: Approximately $150.00 - $250.00 per day
