Job Overview

Greet and seat guests, clear tables, and ensure food delivery and presentation meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Maintain a cheerful, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
• Retrieve and distribute dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Sweep floors and keep the restaurant inviting.
• Support waitstaff with beverage refills and guest requests.
• Keep ice stations stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service skills.

Physical Demands

• Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs; occasional handling of small equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Mobility and stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
• Visual acuity to read and survey the environment.
