Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Food Runner to provide fast, friendly, professional service to restaurant guests and deliver food to tables. You will maintain a clean workstation and support the team to ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a professional appearance in a hospitality setting.

As a Food Runner, you will:

Pay: Starting at $10.00 per hour + tips (Tip Avg. $50 per shift) | Shift: Ranges from 11:45 am- 11:30 pm

• Provides fast, friendly, professional food service to restaurant guests.
• Assists in the fulfillment of all food orders according to guests' needs.
• Delivers food to guest tables throughout the restaurant.
• Maintains a clean and stocked workstation.
• Obtains replacement stock for table tops from kitchen area/storage; takes inventory in accordance with established procedures. Assists server/bus person in setting up tables and provides maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests.
• Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must work well with others in a team atmosphere, especially servers, cooks, and supervisors.
• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills. Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
