Job summary

Toca Madera in Scottsdale seeks a Food Runner to support our kitchen and front-of-house teams, delivering hot dishes accurately and with a sense of urgency.

You will maintain guest satisfaction through clear communication, uphold health and safety standards, and be flexible to weekend and holiday shifts. Candidates should have at least 6 months of fine dining experience and be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

Food Runners are responsible for controlling the flow of food in and out of the kitchen and maintaining clear communication between the kitchen and front of house team. Additional responsibilities include setting tables, serving food orders and removing used dishes and utensils. Runners must have extensive menu knowledge to be able to correctly name each dish (including modifications) as it is delivered to a table. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
