Job summary

DOUGH - PIZZERIA NAPOLETANA, LLC is seeking a friendly server to deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately. You will need a working knowledge of menu ingredients to answer guest questions and ensure orders are delivered to the right guests by table number.

You will support servers to make sure guests have everything they need, and assist in other restaurant areas as required. A positive attitude and excellent communication with guests and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience working in a full-service restaurant.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Outgoing personality—a “people person.”
• Excellent communication skills with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to carry plates, and glasses using trays.
• Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
