Job summary

City Line Bar and Grill is seeking a Food Runner to play a vital role in ensuring guests receive their meals promptly and correctly. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver dishes to the correct tables and communicate special requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include delivering food orders, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean service station.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver dishes to the correct tables, communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensure that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Ensure that all food items meet presentation standards and that orders are complete.
• Communicate any guest needs or special requests to the kitchen and service team.
• Assist servers and bartenders with duties as needed, including refilling drinks and providing
• additional utensils or condiments.
• Maintain a clean and organized service station.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
