At Third Eye, the Taproom Runner/Support role is the backbone of our hospitality operations. This is a dynamic, physically active position that supports the entire taproom team by seamlessly transitioning between barbacking, food running, bussing, and dishwashing based on the needs of the shift. You will ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and step in wherever necessary to deliver an exceptional guest experience during our highest volume hours.
Reports To: General Manager
Constantly: Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces; remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods; moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another; communicating with others to exchange information; repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers; assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Occasionally: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like; operating machinery and/or power tools; operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment; light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds; medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds; heavy work that includes lifting and maneuvering up to 150 pounds (kegs).
Constantly: Noisy environments.
Occasionally: Low temperatures; high temperatures; outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind; hazardous conditions; small and/or enclosed spaces.
Never: Poor ventilation.
