Responsibilities

• Ensures servers have clean, ready-to-use serviceware and supplies.
• Knows seating positions and assists guests promptly.
• Sets tables and stations per Troon Golf standards and tickets.
• Delivers food accurately, checks item accuracy with chef when needed.
• Refreshes water, clears dishes, and resets tables after courses.
• Assists servers as needed and keeps workstations stocked.
