Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a quality control technician to uphold food safety and quality across our production lines. You will monitor CCPs, verify labels, dates, fill levels, and packaging specifications, and document findings to support continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and collaborate with Production, Blending, Sanitation, and Laboratory teams to maximize uptime while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Advocate for product quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor production lines and identify food safety or quality concerns.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and respond to deviations.
• Perform sanitation inspections and verification activities.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Verify labels, date codes, fill levels, and packaging specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality compliance.
• Collect and maintain production samples and quality records.
• Collaborate with Production, Blending, Sanitation, and Laboratory teams to maximize uptime while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train in additional quality-related functions as needed.

Quality Control Technician

Are you passionate about quality, food safety, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for monitoring, documenting, and maintaining food safety and quality standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• 2/2/3 Rotation Schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• HACCP and/or SQF certification or related experience preferred.
