Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQF, SAP, Six Sigma, GMP and other relevant standards.
• Understanding of Food Safety Requirements.
• Able to read and understand metric system.
• Food or beverage laboratory experience preferred.
• Technical: Skilled in maintaining accurate and detailed records of inspections and tests.
• Integrity and adaptability in changing production environments.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear required PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure products conform to customer specifications in SAP.
• Perform analysis on raw materials, finished batches, treated water and other programmed outlines.
• Conduct chemical and physical analyses on materials and determine acceptability.
• Evaluate finished products against standards by auditing packaging integrity.
• Check process control parameters and equipment for correct operation.
• Maintain accurate test records and complete required reports.
• Perform analytical tests required to qualify ingredient batches for production.
• Complete production line checks at specified intervals.
