Job summary

The Gellert Global Group is seeking an FSQA Technician to monitor and enforce food manufacturing controls with a strong focus on hygiene, sanitation, and product quality. You will report to the FSQA Supervisor or Manager and collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance.

You will inspect production areas, conduct raw bulk and finished goods inspections, collect and log samples, and coordinate with the lab to ensure accurate testing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• HACCP certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• SQF standards knowledge; SQF Practitioner certification preferred.
• GMPs and food safety procedures knowledge.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hygiene, GMPs and sanitation standards across all departments.
• Conduct product inspections (metal detector CCP, seals, weight, labels).
• Perform raw bulk and finished goods inspections.
• Collect, label, log, bag and organize samples for lab testing.
• Organize daily testing to ensure correct product release.
• Check and release products prior to shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow procedures.
