Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in the meat industry.
• Basic knowledge of CFIA SFCR, GFSI (BRC) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment prior to startup.
• Conduct line checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Audit and assess compliance levels for documented processes.
• Troubleshoot processing lines to meet food safety requirements.
• Inspect raw material and outgoing products for quality assurance.
