Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance and execute the corporate quality control program.
• Provide inspection activity for product throughout the production cycle.
• Ensure the safety of the wash tank following USDA guidelines.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret technical procedures

Ability to write reports

Knowledgeable in using scales, thermometers, and pH meters

Bilingual ability in Spanish and English

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
