Butcher's by Roli Roti is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to inspect manufacturing processes and products, ensure safety, and maintain quality documentation. You will perform routine QC checks, monitor CCPs, and support lab sampling and data collection in a fast-paced food production environment.

The role requires 0-2 years of QA experience in the food industry and a college degree in a relevant field; responsibility includes assisting with product development, shelf-life studies, and GMP

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of QA experience in food industry, preferably in a USDA establishment
• College degree in a relevant subject preferred or required

Responsabilités

• Conducts routine quality checks and CCP monitoring
• Prepares samples for third-party lab analysis and calibrates test equipment
• Maintains accurate documentation of food safety and quality inspections
• Performs daily pre-operational checks for production equipment and facility
• Assists with new product development and data collection
• Conducts shelf-life studies and GMP inspections
• Reports non-conformities and supports corrective actions
• Follows USDA standards, GMPs, CCPs and SOPs
