Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with basic experience in food safety systems.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Learn SQF, USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP & SOPs.
• Maintain and update SQF/HACCP documentation per SQF, USDA, HACCP, FDA and GMPs.
• Read and understand Manufacturing Statements.
• Organize and maintain tracking documents and records.
• Coordinate supplier approval program compliance and ESG documents.
• Follow GMPs and allergen labeling requirements.
• Support audits and maintain hold/release policies.
