Job summary

Responsibilities

• Tests, inspects, and compiles quality data across production, warehousing, and ingredients.
• Conducts frequent checks (brix, pH, NTU, temps) and logs results.
• Documents equipment checks and maintains QA records.
• Monitors sanitation and HACCP compliance and raises deviations.
• Issues daily activity reports and supports QA leadership.
