Qualifications

• Strong analytical administrative experience or training in food science or food analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review ingredients for food safety and correct labeling.
• Support existing and new products and their ingredients for product certifications.
• Coordinate with co-pack customers on ingredient setup and approval.
• Maintain customer product databases to support commercialization.
• Keep ingredient documentation, SDS, and sources up to date to comply with regulations.
• Assist with organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and kosher documentation and audits.
