Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with quality experience preferred.
• Ability to perform quality control tests and document results.
• Basic Excel and Office skills; GMP knowledge a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing on aerosol dairy products (physical, chemical, microbiological).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and assist in product development trials.
• Maintain accurate test records and generate reports as required.
• Carry out daily lab operations following established protocols and safety practices.
• Monitor inventory of lab supplies and equipment; coordinate with supervisor.
• Document experimental data and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
• Stay updated on lab techniques and regulatory requirements.
