Job summary

You will conduct physical, chemical and microbiological analyses, assist in product development trials, and communicate findings across departments to support safe, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• High school or higher degree with experience in Quality, Laboratory or related field.
• Bilingual with Spanish and English preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of GMP and laboratory data and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine warehouse quality control testing on aerosol dairy products including physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and results, generating reports as required.
• Capable of carrying out daily operations of the laboratory and adhering to protocols.
• Maintain safety practices and promote a culture of safety within the lab.
• Communicate results across departments and assist with data interpretation.
