Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. seeks a knowledgeable Quality Line Lead to support QA and production in a dairy aerosol products environment. You will conduct front-line quality activities, perform QC checks, and ensure GMP and food safety standards are upheld.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to escalate issues through the chain of command. This position is full-time in Graham, NC with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or production preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality checks on production lines.
• Verify products meet specifications (appearance, texture, fill weights, gas pressure, container/valve condition, product performance, temperature).
• Place products on hold when required and ensure corrective actions are completed before release.
• Assist with investigations related to defects, complaints, and process issues.
