Job summary

Actalent is hiring a Quality Control Technician in Wisconsin (WAUKESHA) to support production floor QC testing and lab analyses. You will document results and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP while collaborating with production teams.

Requirements include 1+ year in food QC and a high school diploma or equivalent (HSED/GED). The role is onsite, Mon-Fri, with a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,500 signing bonus paid incrementally.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within a food manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and food quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent (HSED/GED).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and use calculators.
• Commits to accurate data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing on the production floor (metal detection checks, leak tests, percentage tests).
• Conduct hourly line audits and various QC tests.
• Document daily production/testing data accurately.
• Collaborate with production to identify and correct deviations from standards.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures to maintain safety and quality.
• Cross-train across quality tasks in lab and floor environments.
