Gellert Global Group is seeking a Food Quality Control Supervisor for our Barron, Wisconsin facility. You will lead QC operations, ensuring products meet safety and regulatory standards while supporting continual improvements.
You will supervise QC technicians, review COAs, manage audits with FDA/USDA expectations and SQF/BRC standards, and collaborate with production and maintenance to reduce defects and waste. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays is required.
